Terms of Service — CanchaPress

1. Acceptance

By signing up for CanchaPress, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

CanchaPress provides website creation and content management tools for padel clubs. We offer Starter, Pro, and Scale subscription plans as described on our pricing page.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
One account per club (Scale plan allows up to 5 clubs)
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

4. Payments & Billing

All plans include a 14-day free trial. Card details required to start trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually
You can cancel at any time via the billing portal — access continues until the period end
Failed payments result in a 7-day grace period, after which your site switches to contact-form-only mode
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use CanchaPress to:

Publish illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
Spam or harass visitors or subscribers
Circumvent security features
Resell the service without written permission (Scale plan includes white-label add-on)

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you publish through CanchaPress. You grant us a limited licence to host and serve that content as part of the service.

7. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

CanchaPress's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
